U.S. Orders

Free shipping on all orders.

International Orders: Flat $13.99 per order.

Shipping occurs after production is completed

2–5 business days.

Delivery

U.S.: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days

​

Items may ship separately depending on fulfillment center availability.

Tracking is emailed once items ship.

Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order Products
All items in our store are made-to-order. For this reason, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo of the item and defective

We will process a replacement promptly.

Wrong Size Received
If the product received does not match the size ordered, we will issue a free replacement.

​

Order Lost in Transit
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us. We will review tracking information and issue a replacement if the carrier confirms non-delivery.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because every product is made-to-order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and not refundable.
